The most special traditional Spring Festival holiday ends and now NEWDAY sport team come back to work with new motivation and hope. We are looking forward to more improvement in 2023.

Newday Sport company held a friendship pickleball tournament on the 1st of February. This activity aims to strengthen our team work and keep fit in a sunny afternoon. What is more important is to know the performance of different pickleball paddles we produce and practice testing customer samples through this pickleball activity. We use our personal experience to improve our technique and give our customers more professional advices and to improve the feel of the pickleball.

In China, new people know pickleball. What is pickleball? Pickleball is a cross between tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, and it has been growing in popularity over the last couple of years because everyone, from kids of all ages to older adults, can play it.
The rules of pickleball are very simple. Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport where two players (singles), or four players (doubles), hit a perforated hollow polymer ball over a 36-inch-high (0.91 m) net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either sides of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction.

Most of us are not professional pickleball players, but we picked it up quickly because of its simple rules. The game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. I am Lea, this is my first time playing pickleball. I found pickleball is very fun, social and friendly. By the end of the day, we had come to appreciate the fun of pickleball.
We shared a lot of pickleball tips. I was shocked to learn that not only young people enjoy the pickleball game, but also many teenagers and even elderly people are very keen on it.

Tt's so easily accessible, and suitable for all ages. Due to the pickleball special hole structure, we can play pickleball anytime in sunny or windy days, or anywhere on plain grounds or grass. It's no wonder the game was named the "fastest-growing sport over the last two years," according to the Sports & Fitness Industry Association. I believe more and more people in China will know pickleball and start to play it.

What do we learn from the pickleball games today? Here’s my personal summary.
We tried different surface materials of pickleball paddles, wooden paddles, fiberglass paddles, 3K carbon paddles ,18K graphite paddles, T700 paddles, etc. Overall, the use of T700 carbon fiber pickleball paddle has been unanimously praised by us. T700 carbon fiber pickleball paddle with 0.04 textured surface is hard and tends to have a larger sweet spot. Compared with the ordinary pickleball paddle, the use of the integrated paddle is better.
The thicker the paddle face, the better the vibration absorption when hitting the ball, and the sweet spot is often larger. Beginners are advised to consider a paddle with a thickness of at least 14 mm. 16mm pickleball bat is more powerful, professional players can be preferred. The rougher the paddle surface, the easier it is to create spin. The racket face with 0.08 friction coefficient can better control the direction and spin of the ball.

If you never play pickleball, now is a great time to start. It's easy to learn, but it can get competitive fast so you're going to want to get your game-face on! All you need is a pickleball set and your besties to play with!
